Pull Up Contest!!

There will be a pull up contest on one of the reading days (Either Dec 6 or 7) at 10 AM at Crossfit A&M. Take a break from studying and come check it out. The overall winner will get a Crossfit A&M t-shirt. There will be different catagories for different skill levels. (kipping, dead hang, jumping, weighted, and more) Don't worry if you can't do pull ups, there will be something for everyone (Wes). Everyone is welcome if you just want to come check it out, you do not have to compete. Let me know if you are interested and what day will work better for you. I will also email directions to anyone interested.
