Broken Off!!
We are back!!! San Diego was a blast, now it is tme for you to learn what we know. Just so you don't think we didn't do anything here are a couple of pictures of Matt and Marshall getting broken off by bottom to bottom tabata squats...Brutal.

You all were awesome this weekend, thanks for coming to SD and hanging out with us! E-mail me so we can talk about the site...I would love to help you guys out! Keep up the strong work out there in TX...hopefully Eddie & I will get out there someday! Take care...
